I saw him at the Ogden farmer's market while on a trip from South Carolina. He was very kind and funny and let me and my (17) friends sample all of the butter. It was amazing and this one was my favorite. TSA did end up taking my strawberry butter, but not before I could try it out on a piece of toast!! I was distraught and probably should not have told them about a man in angel wings selling me butter and I'm sure that made them feel better about taking it. I will definitely buy more online. The texture is very light and tastes just like fresh strawberries. And next time I'm in Ogden I'll bring a bunch of mini containers so I can keep my butter :)
