Right after I ordered, I realized that the shipping address on my Google pay was incorrect. I emailed you and called you and when I finally got a call back I explained what happened, your rep told me about how great your product is, than hung up on me when I said your customer service was horrible. Almost a month later you emailed me saying you were sending the product to the incorrect address despite my numerous messages. 12 dollars for butter is an amazing price, it is more than kerrygold, I would expect premium customer service to go along with premium prices.
